Soft Dry Fast Day #5
I have high Ketosis this morning at around 120mg/dL, my ketostix was very dark!
I don't feel thirsty nor hungry at the moment, energy levels are good...just a bit of insomnia last night.

Lost so far: 0 lb.
Still to go: 24.5 lb.
Diet followed reasonably well.

I looked up what a soft dry fast meant shortly after seeing your last journal entry. It was interesting to learn! Hope this means it's going well for you. :)

It's a great experience, so far so good, I love the ketogenic state so I'm well :)
