So I have done it!!!!! I has been a long struggle, but I made the under 80's mark.

Lost so far: 9.6 kg

Current Weight
79.9 kg
Performance: Losing 1.4 kg a Week

Now to keep my head high and keep losing, going slowly, but at least somewhere

well done , so happy for you , I know that great feeling all too well when i topped the scale at 85Kgs I just wanted to be under 80 then 75 then 70 and so the amount goes on or let me say Goes OFF/ DOWN / Smashed /crush !! enjoy and keep on going
