I am just going to bed. Today I have wanted to emotionally eat and I identified that. It seems as if once my weight begins to trend down, I sabatage my plan. Goodnight.

Diet Calendar Entry for 23 June 2017:

Compassion with yourself. emotional eating is something I do too, and am trying to understand and get a handle on it. Much better to be good to oneself with compassion and not go into indifference as in "what does it matter, I might as well finish that xyz off !! " I think going to be is good and journaling is better, and then meditation to release the energy/emotions that you can identify after the journaling. Just giving a tip, take it or leave it, but know that I feel you completely.

I know that feeling, used to do it all the time. Get to that point where I felt I had denied myself enough things and then binged. Finally, I found a plan (Keto WOE) that I don't feel deprived. I cook this way all the time and now my weight goes down consistently, if not my weight then I find I've lost inches. Some of the stuff is so good I make servings thinking I'll have leftovers for lunch and my family EATS ALL OF IT. They don't think of it as "diet food", they just think of it as tasty.

I've been there the last few weeks. Going to bed is a good way to stop once you've identified it. Then starting the next day strong and motivated! 🙆🏻

Thank you all for the encouragement! I got past the moment, returned home from my trip, and slept incredibly well last night. sometimea I get "lonely" attacks! 😁 On a great note, my real body is now beginning to peak through the fat! that makes me push on another day! thanks for your great tips, and blessings on your journeys.
