I will take any loss. I haven't been following LCHF/Keto diet but just restricting calories. I might go back one day, it definitely keeps me full longer and I am more awake. I just need to find the motivation to do it.
154.2 lb Lost so far: 0.6 lb.    Still to go: 34.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
