Woke at 213.0, down .8 from yesterday. Going boating! UPDATE: Drank a lot of carbs today as I had beer for the first time in quite a while. Also added some other drinks that included plenty of carbs. Did not weigh in at night so numbers shown are the waking scale readings. Will detox and adjust tomorrow!

Enjoy the day! Thanks for the nut and seed bread recipe you posted, it looks fantastic. My wife went gluten free a couple weeks ago and is missing some of the stuff, this might be a nice treat for her. And me too. :)

What a lovely time you must have had. Uber would be a lovely thing to have out here in the country. LOL! We live so far away from the restaurants with bars ... so one of us has to be the designated driver if we do eat a meal out ... it's at least a 30 minute drive home. Doubt we could afford Uber, too. :)
