Sorry about that. First time posting. It is cauliflower and chicken breast.

I cooked and cut the chicken the day before. So all I had to do was measure 4 oz and heat in the microwave. As for the cauliflower. I reheated the portion I had left over.

I do the same with my chicken breast. I marinate them and grill them on the barbecue,and have some for dinner. Then the rest of the chicken I dice up and weigh in 4oz ziplocks and put in the freezer for my lunch every day. :)
