One week no smoking. First week back at logging everything. Yeah for me :-)

It's hard but doable...if this time it doesn't work (hope it will), try, try, try again...your persistence will win out in the end. Nice job logging too. :)

Thanks Glen, I am literally taking it second by second. I keep a journal, I drink a lot of coffee although I did by decaf. I bought matcha, again, finally. I'm not doing any beachbody programs at the moment but I think that'll change in a month. Cheers to you all and thanks again.
