I was really hoping I would see a nice drop and there it is! I really did try this weekend and it goes to show that if you put your mind to something you can do it. I see my goal up ahead and I'm really hoping I reach it by my birthday. That's the first week in June so I see no reason I can't get there.

Stay strong everyone and reach for the stars!
154.6 lb Lost so far: 12.4 lb.    Still to go: 4.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
