Continuing to follow IIFYM.
For 280 lbs, my daily intake should average:
91 grams fat 232 grams carbs 180 grams protein.

I have already planned out my meals for the week, for today through 04/30.

New walking goal: 25 miles per week for the next three weeks.
283.0 lb Lost so far: 48.0 lb.    Still to go: 61.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
