2nd day and I am down to 257 from 264. I love seeing progress. I have also been checking my calorie count and I am avg. about 300 per day. I am trying to decide if I need to add to that or not. I do not feel that hungry, so I am thinking of just keeping my meals the same. I am going to see how my weight loss goes for the next few days and then make a decision. If I can keep up my weight loss of 2.5 lbs a day then why change?
257.0 lb Lost so far: 7.8 lb.    Still to go: 57.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
