Went out to breakfast with a friends, had a lovely House-made english muffin, maple glazed ham, fried egg. Wilton cheddar, with mixed greens. Ate half the sandwich (only) for breakfast, and the rest with the salad for lunch. Left my "Lunch" blank. Had to (obviously) guess at the calories, could be more (hopefully not) or less (better!) than what I approximated. When I got my sandwich, the salad (dressed) was on the plate with the sandwich. I picked up the sandwich and it was dripping with oil from the salad - yuk! I had to send it back! I got them to just put the salad in a take out box, knowing I wasn't going to eat it for breakfast. The new one was nice and dry! My approximated total was 737 calories.

Oh- and I lost a pound this week! Yay!
