Blood test results were pretty normal, a few areas of improvement can be made, nothing worth commenting about. The dizziness problem seems to only happen upon quick side to side or bending up and down motions. I am going to get assessed for physical therapy to keep those crystals in place or learn how to re-position them if they are out of whack. Since I was diagnosed, I just pay closer attention to movements that make me feel off...I certainly can deal with this! I haven't been dizzy for over a week, just by being aware of movement and sensations! Have a great day everyone. Keep the faith!
