Starting a 'clean' eating approach similar to 21 Day fitness diet. My sister is a coach and has given me the amounts of food I am to eat daily. This includes a lot of carbs which I normally don't eat if I want to lose weight but I'll try and see what happens. I enjoy carbs so who knows. I do have to eat 2 cups of fruit daily which I don't normally do in any way shape or form so not sure how that will go as I always thought that fruit was high in calories and sugar.
147.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
