No loss but no gain. It will be what it will be. I have my first "cheat" day coming up soon. We are going to Medieval Times in March and I decided that will be my "cheat" day. I didn't take one in Jan. or Feb. but I'm almost ready for one.
Next Saturday is my hubby's first dragon boat race of the season. I go to 3 a year. We have a deal, any race within 30 minutes I go, any further away is not happening. So I will budget in 2 light beers for the day and bring healthy snacks for me and the team. Plus I'll being that damn cheese-ball that they all want. It doesn't matter if it's a party, clean-up, or a race that cheese-ball is expected if I go. At least it's low carb and easy to make.
I have a bunch of errands I have to run today and I *might* order a vivoactive hr soon. I haven't quite decided yet. It will let me track more than my vivofit 2 and it has smart phone notifications. They have a few certified refurbs that would work. Right now it's hard to track my treadmill but I could on that. I already have a foot pod to go with it, that I got with an older fr60. I wish that one would track steps along with the running. Selling the fr60, heart rate strap, and my vivofit 2 will mostly cover the cost so I can justify most of it. Considering I want to do sup's with it, the Garmin is much better for me. Besides I've swam in the ocean while wearing my vivofit and no problems. It's held up to kayaking, fishing, showering, dishes, and swimming with no issues. I'm still talking myself into it yet.
I might go stop and see some manatees before I come home. They are so cute and always put me in a great mood. It also reminds me of why we do the clean-ups and adopted 2 different sections to do the clean-ups in. No kayaking with them again today but soon.
246.0 lb Lost so far: 16.4 lb.    Still to go: 131.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I love the second sign. I have had enough cheat days to last a lifetime. I can't even think about having one now. No cheat days on low carb.
