Woke at 216.2, down .8 from yesterday. Hooked up to fluids all night so back up in water weight. I will not get additional fluids today so I should pass the rest of this water. Got great news with my white blood cell count and platelet numbers this morning. Looks like I'm on the way back up and on track for getting out maybe on Thursday. UPDATE: Walked 3.5 miles during morning teleconferences. My blood pressure runs a little on the low side naturally, but I hit 85 over 50 today and they wanted more fluids in me. So I had to get hooked back up to the IV drip. So may take a bit more to lose all the water, but it's all good. Walked another 3.5 miles later to hit a total of 7 miles for today. The staff is going to put a do not disturb sign on my room from 7:45 to 8:30 pm so I can do my radio interview show over Skype. I'll do my last weigh in after that. UPDATE: Finished my radio show and grabbed a shower. Hair significantly thinner afterwards! Got a 208.0 weigh in again, but down a bit in body fat. Lots of carbs, but they were all veggies and some fruit.
