Went back to my bad habit snacking after midnight. I promise myself not to do it tonight.
209.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 59.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Mine are chip, pretzels and ice cream, if their in the house I'll eat them. My husband brings in the chips and the other two are my doing.

literally just did the same thing. late night snacking is my biggest nutrition vice. let's start again together!

Yep that's what I do when I get "hungry". I'm going to bed now but I ate so much chicken for dinner I am still stuffed! Have a great day tomorrow :-)

My family would keep buying useless snacks that "we loved" even if I told otherwise and I would eat half of them when I was bored/weak-willed. Try to buy small snacks if none at all. You'll be tempted if they're at your hands reach. Ask your husband to help you. If he loves snacks a lot, maybe just ask him to hide them from you :D

I like taking an apple and making "apple sandwiches" with almond peanut butter and fresh coconut. You have a lot to eat and it's delicious! I make thin slices of the apple and add the "filling"! You're rocking the TOPS!
