Well I'm back at it again! It seems like a never ending battle. I'm at my heaviest I've ever been weighing in at 191.5. I'm so frustrated with myself for doing this to myself again. 51.5 pounds to go! Let the fat be gone!!!! Healthy eating, exercise when not working...
