Restarted proper nutrition and exercise. Restricting calories and instituted daily fasting period. I went back up to 100Kg and started my regiem in Jan but took a 3 week break and started again beginning of Feb. So I basically lost almost 10Kg (22lbs) in 4 weeks.
200.0 lb Lost so far: 21.6 lb.    Still to go: 34.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 0.2 lb a week
