was feeling lazy and didn't want to cook my bacon for the week then I remembered what happens when I dont plan ahead and prepare stuff on Sundays AND then I was googling how to jump start/stay in ketosis and kept reading about having enough fats which I kinda feel like I dont SO in addition to making my bacon and boiled eggs, I tried some new fat bombs.I did one that Im gonna say has kind of a cheesecake taste. The consistency wasn't thick so I made "clouds". Then I remembered I can had a can of pumpkin so I made a pumpkin "pie" fat bomb..kinda looks like an orange meatball. MEH. It tastes good and I can close my eyes and almost imagine it real pie. bwhahahaha. Anyhoo. Gonna log some works on BB.com then get ready for the week. If its anything like the last one, I did right by preparing some stuff ahead. URG..
Goals for the week.
1. Keep at it with the veggies. At least one serving with every meal. Dont let my lettuce go bad.. had to throw some away and I hate that.
2.Remember to eat my healthy fats.. the bombs have kept me off the cookies and haven't had a "cheat" in 5 days.
3. Dont over cheese it but eat some cheese here and there... im thinking bunless cheeseburger...
4. Get my H2O in.
5. Continue to remember my vitamins and sadly, metamucil. YUCK.. just for a few more days to get things moving again
6. LOG EVERYTHING and honestly.
7. Get 11 k in steps (i upped my daily goal)
I know this is a long list and my buddies may get tired of them every week, but these list help me prioritize and logging them helps me stay focused so, so sorry ya'll have read yet another list. HAHA Have a great week !

Great list! I've been having heavy 'whipping' cream with my coffee (not half-and-half) to get my fats up. 5g fat/tbsp; today it looks like 10 tbsps worth of heavy cream. I had to do some measuring to make it easy, so it's 7.5g/serving (I hate having to find a measuring spoon all the time). I do miss fat bombs though.. they require a bit more prep and planning for me. // If you've got 'motivation' issues (like me), I'm using an osmotic-type laxative (MiraLAX) and it works wonders; carb free too. It's not an instant thing but builds up effectiveness after a few days of use. Doctors said I could use it indefinitely and not it's part of my morning routines.. Mix that and creatine just before breakfast everyday.

Write as long of lists as you need....it helps me re-focus as well...in my old age I need all the help I can get. Thanks!!!!

I have got the opposite of constipation....lot of times very watery.

Thanks Frosty.See,I use heavy cream in my coffee too and have for a few years now. I love the taste.It never registered that its a fat. haha. Im gonna look into the MiraLax..bc I was taking benifiber, you just mix in with coffee in the am and water but it just isnt doing the trick anymore and I was having to take several doses a day. Im ok with taking something daily, just not metamucil YUCK !

@shawn, more fiber could help you too. It absorbs the water in your gut.

Have you ever taken magnesium tablets? I use four at night. They may be better than the metamucil

SO I took Frosty's advice and got some MiraLax. Got a 14 day supply. Here's to hoping things go "smoothly" pun intended hahaha
