I have kept spreadsheets my various diet attempts over the past ten years or so and recently went back through and took a look at them. I always seem to have some sort of plateau at around 235 and then give up. even though my weight loss right now it is a loss and I am below that 235. So, I will keep plugging along and hopefully I will get back to a decent weekly weight loss shortly.
