I'm ok with this. I tracked everything this week and I had pizza for dinner last night. I got three workouts in my knee wouldn't allow any more lol. Also work has been very busy haven't been sitting to much getting 10,000 steps in just at work this week.
181.4 lb Lost so far: 5.6 lb.    Still to go: 41.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
