I think that my family is trying to sabotage me! I have gotten to the point where they can eat McDonald's or Burger King and it doesn't bother me. But Mr. Hero's? Come on! I'm eating a freaking Lean Cuisine meal with some chopped up steak and half a cup of peas, and they decide to bring home hot-buttered cheese steaks? Especially on the day I skip lunch because I have my knitting circle and there are always treats.
I am not screwing this up for over 1000 calories of crap, even if it is really, really tasty crap. Couldn't they have waited until I left? I usually really enjoy my fettuccine and steak, but today it tasted like cardboard.
I know I am just grumpy, but really? Some common courtesy would have been nice.

My wife and I lived in Kent when we first got married. I worked in Akron and she worked in Aurora. We lived about 3 blocks form Mr. Hero!

Wow, so many Ohioans! I live about 25 minutes west of Cleveland and Mr. hero's are everywhere. I haven't been down to Kent in 10 years or so.. Saw Bob Dylan play there. Spent a lot of time down there in college.

Inayat - Two of my three kids went to Oberlin. So, I've been to your area a few times. It's lovely there. And they got a great education, and loved the school.
