Not losing any weight, just fluctuating between 160 and 163 all week. I either have to up my exercise (averaging 4000 steps a day versus 10,000 last summer) or reduce my calories, or both. I guess both is going to work best.
Going dancing twice a week adds steps. Trainer also recommended that I really get in 3 workouts a week. I don't think he meant in addition to dancing but I have to get into a schedule. And also limit the dance pickup to once a week.
Been doing well with eating the food I bought at the beginning of the week. Too many calories though since I am not exercising.
Still tweaking but I might just go back to my summer plan, which was lots of chicken, salmon, and veggies. I tried adding in bread but I don't think that is helping me.
Have a great day!

or try adding more intensity, you don't necessarily have to work out longer focus on getting your heart rate up in the calorie burning zone, The steps will eventually plateau I have been walking for years and still gained weight, try power walking, or jogging every few minutes. When I started plateauing I would walk for 4 miles and made sure I did a good sprint until I couldn't speak then walked and every time my heart rate went back to normal I would sprint again. I haven't been able to do it lately because I have a sports and car injury that has been aggitating me pretty bad, but it's a great way to start.
