1907 kcal Fat: 117.92g | Prot: 79.99g | Carb: 159.48g.   Breakfast: Plain Yogurt (Whole Milk), Kirkland Signature Raw Almonds, Cinnamon, Berries, Gelatin Powder (Unsweetened). Lunch: Good Sense Raw Sunflower Seeds, Trader Joe's Toasted Sesame Oil, Ancient Organics Ghee, Cooked Collards (from Fresh, Fat Not Added in Cooking), Corn, Trader Joe's Cauliflower Florets, Garlic. Dinner: Tapatio Hot Sauce, Daisy Sour Cream, Eden Foods Toasted Sesame Oil, Cucumber (Peeled), Sweet Red Peppers, Date, Almonds, Radishes, Broccoli, Tortilla Corn Chips. Snacks/Other: Eillien's Salt Water Taffy, Cappuccino. more...

Im sorry for the delayed respinse. My Husband and I flew My Mom here for an extended visit from My Home of S. California. Mom and I have been busily active: taking Cardio Classes at the Beautiful Community Center, Walking in My Neighborhood (I bycycle too for more Cardio), Ceramic Shop to Paint, Meeting up with My Grown up daughters for a Lunch here and there... just Making good Memories. Mom is in Outstsnding physical State, she had RA but her joints are NOT twisted or crippled... she gets weak and tired after Our activities. And No, the Latin Cardio is Not a Senior Class!!! Mom will be 76 come this March👍🏼❤ I will look through My Photos to see Which Dish you all are talking about and I'll answer your questions✌🏼🌸

That Raw dish was My Dinner. I included some corn chips (bad-- Mom Loves Corn Chips... I generally do not have any Processed foods in my home🙃) I added Cold Pressed Toasted sesame oil over the Veggies and a pinch of Pink Fine Sea Salt ... OMGosh I was Stuffed. Most days All my meals and snacks are Veggie based. I see a Nutritionalist through My Endocrinologist- I am not over weight, I am not diabetic. I have a number of genetically defective parts in My digestive system; a Mitral Prolapsed Valve; abnormally narrow urethra; and funky Ureter tubes. Most of which I knew about since Childhood.... just Not the digestive issue. Now I do. And Now I understand why foods (ones my body does not tolerate) gives me such problems. I have to eat Very Green and Very Clean... so Corn Chips are Not on my list of "Okay No consequences" Basically... i am a bummer to go out with if Food is involved 😁
