LIFT DAY
SQUAT 8 X 255 (R9.5) PRESS 8 X 135 (R10) -- PR, finally!
Pretty pleased with this. Pulled back deadlifting a week ago Sunday and took 10 days off to recuperate. Thought I might have to reset, but worked my back squat up to within 10# of my PR and best since July; then PR'd the Press. Behold the power of sleep, rest and food.
