So pleased that I have said goodbye to a few more pounds and I haven't really found it at all difficult. I am feeling quite pleased with what I have achieved so far but know the really tough bit is excepting that I will not continue to lose at this rate and it is going to be a long job so motivation is going to be key. I just have to keep motivated no matter what 😇
213.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 59.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

woohooooo YOU ARE DOING AMAZING!!!!!! 5lbs is huge weight loss...just go grab a 5lb weight and walk up your stairs with it and you will see the impact its having on your heart and overall cardiovascular system...you should be so proud

Thank you I know I wont carry on losing at this rate but I am enjoying it whilst it lasts. I am almost frightened to say, just in case I jinx things but I think have already noticed a slight improvement in my mobility and level of pain. Even if I am imagining it, I am certainly enjoying what my imagination is telling me 😊
