@Paul, congratulations, you have just made a snarky, self-centered comment on the journal of a member who is a retired teacher who spent a career working with students in difficult circumstances and who has been indefatigable in his support of the other FatSecret members here for most of this year, except while he was in the hospital recently for cancer surgery, the negative effects of which he's trying to recover from on vacation. I fail to see how that unkindness has helped with your weight loss either. Welcome to the site.
