I had a cheat day because I was getting depressed from eating too little. So I let myself have some loving.
Yesterday was my anniversary so I went crazy at the mexican restaurant. Hopefully I dont have too much of a problem.
288.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 68.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

"Depressed from eating too little"? Are you eating too little, or just less than you are used to? If its the former, stop. If its the latter, remind yourself why and the benefits of what you are doing. There is no need to reward yourself or your depression with food. Treat it with healthy activities and the knowledge that you are doing right. You are not punishing yourself by trying to lose weight, so it's nothing to be sad or feel bad about. If you are feeling hungry and deprived, reexamine your menu and also the mental/emotional reasons you are feeling that way. Your way of eating should not be torture but rather something that is sustainable - habit wise, emotionally, mentally, physically - for life. I'm not trying to preach or reprimand, just give some advice. If you need help with what you are eating, feel free to ask us. Also, feel free to vent on here or in a private journal so you can work through the food emotions without actually reverting or justifying bad eating. Starting over gets old. I know from experience.
