Well..... I've avoided publicly owning up to yet another upswing on the yo- yo that is my weight for awhile now. Kept hoping somehow that I would swing my way back down to where I was in July and just pick up again from there and pretend the 20 lbs didn't happen in the meantime. But of course, that hasn't happened, and in order to actually lose that 20 lbs again, I have to be accountable. So here I am, shame-faced and accountable, working my way down again. May the scales swing ever in my favor ^.~
192.0 lb Lost so far: 61.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
