I weighed this morning since it looks like quite a few did. Is Tuesday a normal weigh-in day? My weight is still at 272. I got a short walk in and feel great! Hope everyone has an awesome day!
272.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 122.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'm not sure what your calorie goal is but you might have to bring it down to get a loss.

Find a challenge you can live with, lots of fun a new one started today Beast Mode Lots of people post their weight every day...... Right now I'm on two look up bdmgoggins ...she has a very low key fun weight loss going on right now ( it will be over soon) But you can still join in .......happy weight loss.......

Huh? I thought I heard my name. I'm in a push to lose weight before an upcoming physical. The challenge is to just do your best and challenge yourself to push a little every day. Otter informal and not on the board. Some of my friends are joining me (or at least watching me work myself into a frenzy) and we route each other on!

I weigh myself once every 6 weeks .. even longer. Weigh in in 18 days. I'm hoping it's about 7 lb loss. I'm a long term strategist within many aspects of my life. This is working for me and I can see a loss now. Happy Wednesday

I weigh in daily. Sometimes i post sometimes not. Any day you choose is okay may make it consistent for your schedule.
