Exercising by taking a timer and timing everything for 5 minutes.

Today did:

sit-ups
stair climbing
squats
push-ups
jogging on spot
mountain climbing

Had been intending to go to gym, but got watching Sister Act on television, so did this at home to compensate.

LOL - great movie! And good work with core stuff - whew - five minutes straight of mountain climbers is a lot!
