I don't normally log twice in 1 week, but I wanted to keep a record of my weight loss due to not being able to eat properly.
136.6 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Jamaica since you are under goal weight, make sure you are atleast having one piece of bread or maybe melba toast and some vegetable or chicken soup. Get well soon my Fat Secret Buddy. :)

Thanks for you concern, Pam. Now that the inside of my mouth is pretty much healed, I'm back eating again. I should be back to normal before the end of the week. 😊 While the inside of my lip was raw and swollen, I minimized the amount of chewing required because I was terrified I'd bite my lip. It's still swollen but nearly healed. By no means was I going hungry - I like food too much for that. 😀
