Another 2 lots of hospital food and lying around. Can't swim due to dressings, can't walk or use exercise bike due to back and cellulitis in my leg. Been off work for 6 months now and seeing lots of colleagues on Friday for my best friends 50th
Heaviest and most immobile I've been in a long time. Nothing fits me, might have to go to the party in my dressing gown

Fed up and need to try and muster up some motivation, or I'll only get bigger, then they can't do my spinal injections


187.6 lb Lost so far: 12.4 lb.    Still to go: 27.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

So sorry to hear you are in a bad spot. When I read your last sentence I thought "that IS your motivation", your health. Sucks to not be able to exercise or move as you want BUT diet is very important (some say MOST) important. Not sure of the situation but what I did was to figure out HOW I could eat for the long term then implement it. But no matter what your weight, please enjoy being with friends Friday. I truly believe in enjoying every moment as we never know what life may bring....
