This morning my weight is 201, I signed up for strength training and weight training this week. Two training sessions so far, Wednesday afternoon and this morning. It's really a challenge but I know I can do this. The pain may get to me right now but my kids who have taken weights in school say it will get easier, that being said by my trainer and the others in the class. I was able to get into a pair of size 16 pants that I've not been able to wear since 2010 , feels great being able to fit into my "skinnier clothes ".
