wooohooo i made it to onederland...i'm under 200 lbs for the first time in at least 6 years....next short term goal is 194, next larger goal is 175, that's the lowest weight i've been in 25 years...i touched upon it briefly then the upward climb began again....

Thanks to all for your kind comments and support...it's helped me tremendously.
The biggest lesson i've learned this time around is the path to weight loss is not always going to be smooth sailing, some days/weeks will be a struggle, just ride it out, don't give up, don't quit! keep moving in the direction of your goals cause "this too shall pass" and you WILL get there. :)
