Two pounds is two pounds gone! Know how frustrating it is to stick to plan and lose so slowly but remember the turtle and the hare....slow and steady wins the race:) BTW, I only lose about two pounds a month....my doctor thinks that is perfect as it tends to stay off. Proud of you for sticking to it. 

Two pounds "are" two pounds....and to think I am a retired teacher:(  

Hey Buffster! Glad to see you are back. I finally got back here, too. Two pounds loss is fantastic. I am losing a pound a week. It's frustrating but it is a beginning!
