Started taking creatine and got y whey supplement delivered so taking that as well with a combination of amino acids USN. i am feeling good and muscle are recovering very well and i am happy abut the progress made i the gym. i decided to gym 6 days in a week with Sunday being the day were i work out but using landmine and focusing on isolation workouts to develop my biceps triceps and calf muscles and core.
202.2 lb Lost so far: 41.2 lb.    Still to go: 25.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
