been trying to reverse diet but I ain't really enjoying the fluid retention that's with it. my strength has definitely went up but it's a mental battle. thinking I'm gonna stick with somewhere in the middle. reverse dieting is not muh thang. naw wut um sayin? lol
122.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.9 lb a week

Think of it this way, that extra glycogen will make workouts better, plus since you're carrying around more weight, your calorie burn is higher. :)

Thank u for the encouragement! Trying to mentally adjust is hard. I hit another PR today during squats. I did 165 lbs! I know the scale isn't everything but dang does it affect ur mentality.

Holy crap! I'm doing the same thing and I just noticed that this morning!!! I just figured AM cardio on an empty stomach will lower the water retention and keep the fat at bay. Good luck!
