my weight go up little bit.. but last day it was 214.. so i think in between 215-218 so now i got kento ful.. i have dizzy, nasaa, and upset tummy.. and i still use pink salt to help me feel well. .
i had delete cheese and suger for 30 day changgles..
i hope i feel well soon, last day i feel very awful, dizzy all day.. now just light head, less dizzy, but still not feel well grrr
