Yes, here I am once again! In reviewing my history over the past years I have noted that I have not been under 150 for 4 years now. That's a long time for just coasting by and yo-yoing. The picture I have posted is from a time when I was 'normal'. 127lbs in 2006. A decade ago now - just WOW.
I am nearing 50 and the majority of my 30's and 40's have been spent - well - being 'plump', 'chubby', 'curvy', or just plain overweight.
I want to be healthy and 'back to normal' and in the best shape for my 50's.
Seems more likely that I will win the lottery. It is a long road as I well know. It seems like an impossible goal at the very beginning.
