:( :/ I have got to stop eating my late night snacks....but I haven't found the right way to curb the hunger pains at night yet. I will find a way. I just have to be stronger than the hunger
144.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I also struggle with the late night hunger. I just can't sleep if I am hungry. Like I wrote elsewhere, I find boiled eggs to curb hunger at night work the best for me.

hard boiled eggs? I never thought of that. I may have to try it, the protein may be just want I need to satisfy my hunger. thanks

I pretty much eat all day, but i keep my calorie counts low and factor in snacks, including the late night one. One thing that works for me is that i fill out my food diary every morning with the planned foods/meals. i will generally have a couple hundred calories of lee way for a before bed snack.

OMG had the same problem. Eat late nite snacks. Nuts, popcorn, chips O my. Found Wt loss Coffee. Totally killed my cravings. Call 208-480-1244 and I will send you a free sample. :)
