Happy Saturday my Best Buddies! One Idiot Box said "160lbs" on the nose today! I weigh daily but log only when consistent for many days. I am fasting all day until dinner (protien shake in morning) because we are going to a Brazilian restaurant to celebrate a friend's birthday. There will likely be dessert and wine...I WILL moderate my food to not sabotage my good week! Wish me good luck!

Awesome! That Aug 19th goal is very doable! I'm sitting here drooling over the Brazilian restaurant...as I finish day 2 of the 5 day fast. LOLOL!

I am thinking I will just go for the grilled meat specialty - but they often serve with beans and rice which is too high carb for me...they have veggies and greens, too, so I think I can modify. I got my friend a gooey cake to eat at our house so she can take ALL the leftover cake home!

I ended up with shrimp, assorted veggies and some rice. I had a slice of cake and sent ALL the rest of it home with the birthday girl! I ate what I wanted but managed portion control.
