Note to self:

Don't eat and play a game at the same time!!!

I had 3 small slices of my favourite bread, topped with houmous, tomatoes, cucumber, vegan cheese with a side of olives and some cherry tomatoes from the garden. When I looked on my plate it was all gone and I didn't even remember eating it :(. Glad that my tum registered that it was full but I was bummed on missing out on the taste. I do like my food!!!

Try and slowly eat everything and savour it. It may be a while till your next meal!!!

you might try cutting it up into smaller pieces to make more of it...

No the key is not to play a game while I eat....just eat and paying attention to it ;)
