LOL, not so much today, but glad it's still going down. I was looking at my arms, I now have some loose skin on my forearms....right below? above? my elbows....it's hanging and it's very unattractive. I have kicked up the weight loss from about 1 to 2 lbs a week to just a little over 4 lbs a week, may take extra time for the skin to catch up?

@Deb - You may want to check out the Charles Poliquin interview I linked below, which is chock full of useful info. Poliquin is a world class strength trainer and has worked with many pro athletes and Olympians in many sports. He makes some specific recommendations regarding loose skin at 15:15 into the interview.

Thanks guys, looking forward to the new challenge! Jimmie listening now thanks for the link! Tina, I'm now down 108 lbs in total. I lost some of my progress in the beginning due to not entering the correct diet when I first started. Start weight 305 - 197 = 108 lost since September 17, 2014.

@Deb Please do. There's cream, too, but hard to find. Think I found it at some Indian Pharmacy... Never rightly tested myself, because, well, I finally had to admit that I did not have a "loose skin" problem, I had a "still fcukn fat" problem.

LOL Jimmie, I still have that problem too...in several places, but some like my neck, forearms, those areas don't have anymore fat....it's just loose baggy skin, my tummy and inner thighs still have fat located in the loose skin, so they need more work. Stuff should be in by Wednesday got enough for 8 weeks, we will see how it goes

Deb, for the lose skin, mix coco butter and coconut oil. then just rub it in a couple times a day. It helps repair the damaged and lost Collagen and gives a little bounce back to the skin. Good for stretch marks also.

Thanks Knuckles, I actually have some great recipes for essential oil skin repair lotions, massage oils and bath soaks, Coco butter, avocado oil, coconut oil, almond oil, evening primrose oil, jojoba oil...all of these feature predominantly in the mixes. My skin looks really good, nice and healthy. I don't think topical application alone is going to do the trick. So we are working on the skin issues with a multi-pronged attack just like the weight loss, only time will tell!

Well, tell me what works. lol Im about to be needing them as well. lol

I think you be about 10 years younger than me, ten years ago, this would not have been a big issue with me, but my age, my hormonal stage in life...almost post menopause...LOL still undecided about that one. You should see some tightening with no effort on your part. My hubby never had an issue with skin elasticity till he passed the 55 year mark. I think you male type folks hang onto your collagen longer than us females do!
