Hey sweet friends....are you all tucked in and fast asleep by now? Just finished watching Dating Naked....I recorded it. Um....these people are really nekkid! But they are not sharing the "whole pic" if you get what I mean. I can't believe this show exists. I mean even this flower child from the 60's was taken aback!

But I digress....I continue to think twice before I stuff my face; I'm conscience about portion control and trying to not eat 'bad' carbs and keeping them under 100g. I think. :o)

OK....meds are starting to work....need to get in the bed. Nightie nite.

Had to proof read....it appears I type faster that my brain can think...hmmm...

100g/day of any kind of carbs will cause insulin spikes and slow weight loss, but I digress, sleep well!

aw geez Phil....you are bursting my bubble here! so, am I to understand then that if I stay under 100g/day it will not slow down my weight loss? I can stay under 100g. Thanks!!

You would need to cut down to 20g net carbs/day to really see any benefit from targeting carbohydrates, sorry if I wasn't clear in my post above.

Yes, I now have my MACROS so that part of the program seems clear to me. I also downloaded Ruled Me 30 day program. It looks interesting.

That is funny, I was raised around neighbors, that went to a nudist colony. I always thought, that was a bit extreme. lol They were Germans and my dad was German.
