the weight not change much today due busy shopping that cause i missed my workout on morning time but i did walk workout at eveing time. i did walk 4 miles in 1h and 45 mins.. it really long walk .. my leg not get cramping .. due pink salt in water help me much!.. also i did ate bit too much today because my mother n law taken me eat out at bob evens at lunch time which i had missed my workout morning time.... i did ate cobb salad with blue cheese sauce. and green hot tea.. that not too bad for just one day. i will try work hard with my walking workout 2x a day dairy to goal to loose more weight!
240.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
