The weight has been coming off slowly but I have not yet started working out! This style of eating works great but if you drink like I do sometimes on the weekend you have to reset. If I did not drink and stick to this 100% I would have been close to 50lbs down by now. Oh well live and learn!
358.6 lb Lost so far: 30.2 lb.    Still to go: 108.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.7 lb a week

i hear you on drinking, i've cut mine out to just one drink on saturday and one on sunday and that's it. too many calories.
