Yay! Still not where I was 2 weeks ago, but started back down again. The steroids for my knee has my sugar at 140. But knee doing better and weight dropping so, I'm on it again!
276.5 lb Lost so far: 73.5 lb.    Still to go: 74.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Looks like you are on the right track Ron. My husband was diabetic controlled by diet only... he got off the pills. (he is deceased now but NOT from the diabetes.. from cancer> You are doing good. Wow your chart is great.. just keep doing what works for you. Great progress.
