Hang with it, Buddy! 

What ever you did different. Don't do that. Have not heard from you for a couple days. Everything ok? 

Poor Smarty! I always miss you, but I also feel sympathy for your struggle, but I always see that happy smile, and I know you will come back. Please tell me you have given up the smokes. lol Then I will believe the weight gain is Ok. I bet I am worse than your father. Such a nag! But I only want the best for you! lol 

Warren, we fathers get out point across by being nags. lol. We do it because we LOVE our family right brother? We do it out of love. 

How was the birthday party? Did it happen yet? 

Thanks buddy's it's been a long weekend, finally back to normal I hope! I wasn't too shocked by the gain, I felt it coming so I finally faced the scale. I did give up smoking for a few days, hence the gain. It's back to being in check with the program again!! 

I agree, Knuckles! Smarty deserves good things to happen for her!  

The party was great, was a looooong weekend! I'm glad the kids & guests had fun, a good friend of ours blew up and freaked out and he went off on me, that really hurt my feelings! Other than that, feeling under appreciated at home- from the husband. That's kinda caused me to steer off track from my eating plan. 

Funny, how friends should be friends. It always amazes me how people treat one another. Sorry about that. We appreciate you. lol 

Don't ask me for marriage advice though. lol Not my expertise! lol 

So sorry your friend went off on you like that! Warren's right: you deserve good things!  

Yes my friend had all the facts wrong, is stubborn, always has to be right type of personality. It was just wrong and has upset me since it happened on Saturday night.  

We are here for you Smarty! So glad that the smokes are gone. That is step one! The weight will start coming off again too.... you are asking a lot of your body right now. Be patient. You got this girl.... you REALLY do! 

Just tell me it "WASN'T" Keto vs CICO, please! lol 

Welcome back, Smarty! We love you here. Glad the party went off mostly well. Sorry about the problem there, but I'm sure your kids had the best time! You're a great mommy!

Sorry to hear things didn't turn out so happy for you especially after all your planning...take care little buddy, hope you see some signs of appreciation from your hubby too...sometimes we can be so clueless...
