I have been a stressed out junk food diva these past couple of days. Today is a new day and the stress of having to get a new car are over. I am switching gears and getting back on track. Starting today I am back to my smarter healthier choices and I'm going to be going for a walk around a lake with a friend of mine.
201.0 lb Lost so far: 27.0 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

JAYMAINE100 I journal all of my food when I have a good internet connection and can log into my F.S. account. I made the choice to eat the junk and now I'm making the choice to avoid the junk.

I think journaling is so important. I didn't mean to sound preachy though after re reading my post and your reply I can see that it didn't come off as advice. Sorry about that and take care.
